Normal Business Hours:

  • Monday – Tuesday: 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00
  • Wednesday: Office Closed
  • Thursday: 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00
  • Friday: 1:00-5:00

Appointments: All care will be provided by appointment only.  Under most circumstances, walk-in care will not be available due to other scheduled appointments. If you would like to schedule an urgent appointment (24-72 hrs), please call ahead for available times and possible accommodations.

Cancellations: 24-hour cancellation policy. Dr. Shoquist reserves the right to charge for missed appointments.

Payment Information: Delphi Psychiatry does not bill your insurance company. Payment is due on the date of provided service. Checks and major credit / debit cards are accepted if they display the MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express logos. An invoice will be provided that contains all the necessary information for you to submit a claim for reimbursement through your insurance company.

Directions: From Highway 16, take the Olympic Drive exit. If coming from Tacoma, you will turn left at the end of the exit. If coming from Bremerton you will turn right at the end of the exit. Continue on Olympic to the light at Pt. Fosdick Dr. Turn left at this light. On your left you will pass Haggen, Marshalls and finally the Multicare building. Our office is the next left turn into the Gig Harbor Corporate Center. This is across the street from the Gig Harbor/Peninsula Library.

Treatment Schedule: Medication management will require that you have at least monthly office visits for the first three months to assess your response and tolerance to any medications prescribed. Once stable on the medication, you will typically require visits anywhere from every 3-6 months. Dr. Shoquist reserves the right to not refill medications for clients that have not maintained appropriate office follow-up.

Prescriptions: Refills will normally be made on weekdays during the normal business hours listed above. Please plan ahead and allow up to 48 hours for response. Your requests may be made by phone, text, or email (if you have signed the release for electronic communication). All refill requests should contain your full name, your phone number, the medication name and dosage, and the pharmacy name and phone number. Please do not have refill requests faxed to the office.
